Annual Rutland Scarecrow Festival a Huge Success
The 7th Annual Rutland Scarecrow Festival offered a beautiful day for Kelowna families to get out and take in some fall harvest fun at the Lions Park. The popular event is presented by the Uptown Rutland Business Association and this year was the best event yet. In all, about 5,000 attendees wandered the park, taking in live music, face painting, bouncy castles, games, and, of course, the popular scarecrow building contest.View Gallery
